Hi, I’m Toby — the founder of CCS. I’m 21 years old and started this business in early 2024 after spending several years in the construction industry. My journey began working with my dad’s company straight out of college. It taught me a lot, but I knew I wanted to build something of my own — something I could grow, shape, and take pride in.

Starting CCS was about more than just going out on my own — it was about creating a service that truly puts customers first. Alongside running my business, I’m also a retained firefighter. Balancing two very different careers can be a challenge, but it’s incredibly rewarding. Both roles push me to stay sharp, keep learning, and stay focused on what matters most: hard work, discipline, and service.
